After that we'll guide you with Producing phase in which we'll do a select roll-out to a group of key stakeholders. Lastly, it's launch time: we call it YAY 😉
We offer three distinct onboarding packages that all follow our HAPPY methodology: Growth, Business and Enterprise. Though you're free to choose, we recommend Growth for small businesses, Business is there for mid-sized companies and Enterprise for the largest ones among us. Whichever package you choose, we're there for you.
Launching a social intranet is not a one-and-done endeavour. Customer Success will schedule regular check-ins and evaluations to make sure you're getting the most out of your Happeo platform. We can also take care of support for you, or you can contract one of our trusted partners. Whatever you choose, you're never left to your own devices.

What is an intranet deployment like?

It basically starts at understanding your organization, giving advice that's unique to your situation, planning your launch, piloting it and then actually launching your social intranet. In other words, it goes from scoping, to planning, to testing and then finally: launching.
Can I expect post-launch support?
Yes, absolutely! Our motto is "we're with you all the way", and that road extends far beyond your go-live date. We'll be checking in regularly and we'll have evaluation calls set. If we see that adjustments can be made so you can get more out of your Happeo platform, you can rest assured: we'll tell you.
Which onboarding package is right for me?
We usually recommend Growth for smaller business, Business for medium-sized endeavours and Enterprise for the largest companies out there. Of course, you're free to choose a package according to your needs.
