Methodology

We surveyed over 235 Happeo customers administrators to estimate what kind of impact the platform has created for them. In the survey we asked them 22 questions. First we looked at overall averages. Then we segmented returns based on our five core use cases:

  • Centralizing information and sharing knowledge
  • Improving Internal Communications
  • Connecting and engaging employees
  • Data-driven communications
  • Creating a digital workplace

 

Lastly, we identified the key areas where Happeo drives business impact (knowledge sharing, internal communications and cultural impact). Statistics that say “XY% say Happeo has…” are based on Yes/No answers. For example we asked: Do you agree with the following statement: Happeo has decreased the time it takes to ramp new hires? Statistics that say a “+XY% increase” are based on an estimate we asked the respondents to make. For example we asked: Please estimate the impact of Happeo in % for your department or company: Happeo has decreased the time it takes to ramp new hires by … Respondents could choose between six answers, with the first being 0%-10% and the last being 80%-100%. From this we took the weighted average.
