She is exceptionally passionate about the onboarding journey in a remote-first environment and creating a self-enabled culture to ensure everyone is set up for success. She came from GitLab, leading People Operations and Experience, People Engineering, and International Expansion, and helped scale GitLab from 75 to 1300 employees.

Every. Voice. Matters. Breaking down barriers and building connections has been a passion of Jonathan Swengler with over 10+ years of experience in the non-profit world. Currently proud to call himself the Director of Internal Communications for OneGoal; a 3-year teacher-led program that aims to close the post-secondary degree divide that exists in the United States.  With his energetic personality and passion for creating platforms for all voices to be heard; Jon takes pride in discovering ways to streamline, simplify, and engage teams through multisensory communication spaces.

Ankur Shrestha is currently an Account Executive at Happeo where he collaborates with ITOps & People/Comms leaders at companies looking to increase business alignment and transform their employee experience in the hybrid/distributed workplace by leveraging strategic business communications. Prior to joining Happeo, he spent 4 years collaborating with Enterprise IT teams at Fortune 1000 companies like Disney, JP Morgan Chase, AMEX, TIAA to improve the operational efficiency of their back- and middle-office business processes. He's passionate about data-driven storytelling and making decisions based on first principles.
