Happeo - Zendesk Widget integration
The Zendesk Widget can show the Help Center and Tickets on Happeo Pages
Types of widgets:
- Help Center. Using the Help Center widget, page viewers can:
- navigate through the Zendesk Guide categories, sections and articles and anchor on a certain level
- see recently viewed articles
- toggle section/category descriptions
- search for articles from any level.
- vote on articles
- view comments on articles
- follow articles
- Article View. View a single Zendesk Guide article on a page
- Support. The support widget allows page viewers to create and view support tickets as well as show a support button on the page.
