Nordic Azets chooses Happeo for its 2,500 employees

Azets is an accounting, payroll and HR services provider with 20,000 customers in the Nordic countries. Until the end of 2016 it was a part of Visma, one of the biggest Nordic financial management software and outsourcing companies.

The recently formed Azets wanted to provide its 2,500 employees with modern tools that would better enable them to communicate and work together. Owing to the company’s numerous offices across the Nordics, Azets was also looking for a platform where company information and the workforce would converge naturally, regardless of location. The preeminent idea was to build a community where employees could come together to actively discuss, share knowledge and collaborate.  

“We chose Universe as our communications platform because we believe it will support our international growth and building of our new company culture”, says Vidar Bekken the CIO at Azets. “We wanted to achieve an open information sharing culture that is truly employee-driven”.

In such a newly established company there will certainly be an abundance of internal communications going on. Universe will help Azets keep its employees informed of the latest news and happenings, as well as encourage everyone to ask questions, share their new ideas, or just voice their opinions. For years to come Universe will offer flexibility to everyday work and remove the barriers to discussion between remotely located teams.
