We're constantly listening. This happens through direct conversations with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs), support tickets, sales calls, market research, competitor analysis, and, of course, dedicated feedback sessions. No idea is too small or too "half-formed." Sometimes, the most insightful feedback comes from a quick comment or a slight frustration you mention in passing. We value even those scrappy, unpolished thoughts because they often reveal a real-world problem worth solving.
The Sifting Process: Identifying Patterns and Pain Points
Once we gather these insights, our product team begins the crucial work of sifting through them. We look for patterns, recurring pain points, and emerging needs across our diverse customer base. Is there a common challenge that multiple organizations are facing? Is there a subtle shift in how teams need to collaborate or access knowledge? This is where the magic (and hard work!) happens. We bring together product managers, designers, engineers, and even our customer-facing teams.
