Happeo - Freshdesk integration
Freshdesk app for Pages. Installing this allows you to submit Freshdesk tickets directly via Happeo.
Features:
- A new widget is added to pages
- Users can submit Freshdesk widgets directly via Happeo
- The page editor can configure some of the text fields of the Freshdesk widget
Note:
The Freshdesk widget will only start displaying if the user visits the page where the widget is. If you want all your users to always see the widget on the bottom right of the screen, add this widget to your homepage.
Configuration:
