We’re excited to introduce Pages 2.0, the next evolution of Happeo Pages! After months of development, testing, and customer feedback, we're ready to bring you a more intuitive, flexible, and powerful way to build and manage intranet content – creating the pathway to a better, more impactful platform.
With drag-and-drop functionality, enhanced navigation, powerful widgets, and AI-powered content suggestions, you’ll have more control and creativity at your fingertips – making it easier than ever to create on-brand, engaging intranet pages.
On April 2 (or later in June if you have chosen to delay your rollout), Pages 2.0 will be enabled for your organization. This means you and your content creators will be able to create new content within our new and improved editor. Don't worry – the original editor isn’t going anywhere just yet.
Here’s what that means for you:
✅ Both editors will coexist throughout 2025, supporting a smooth transition.
✅ You can still create and edit pages in the original editor if you prefer.
✅ Your existing pages will remain fully accessible – there’s no risk of data loss.
✅ No downtime, no disruptions – your intranet continues running smoothly.
We're still working on a couple of features, such as Brand Locking, Editable Languages, Marketplace Apps, and several widgets – which we aim to have available by June 2025. So, when you’re ready, test and explore the new editor by creating new pages from scratch or with best-practice templates. Find out what you can expect. 👇
As well as being supported by our Pages 2.0 Guide, you will be supported by in-app guides, dedicated Pages 2.0 Help Centre articles, weekly tips and drop-in sessions via the Pages 2.0 Community, and best practice templates to help you start creating pages quickly in the new editor.

We’ve designed the Pages 2.0 rollout with your needs in mind. That’s why we’re building seamless page conversion tools to help you migrate your existing pages to Pages 2.0 with minimal effort at a time that suits you from October 2025. For more information, refer to the key milestones on the journey to Pages 2.0 below.

We'll be in touch over the coming weeks and months to support you with the rollout of Pages 2.0 and the full transition of your existing pages. For now, keep an eye out for emails and updates on the Pages 2.0 Community Channel.

What are the main new features in Happeo Pages 2.0 and when will it be available?
Happeo Pages 2.0 introduces a more intuitive, flexible, and powerful way to build and manage your intranet content, with the official rollout commencing on 2 April. If your organisation has chosen to delay the initial rollout, the update will be enabled later in June. This next evolution of the platform is designed to give you more control and creativity right at your fingertips, making the creation of on-brand, engaging intranet pages easier than ever before.
Key highlights of the new version include user-friendly drag-and-drop functionality, enhanced navigation systems, and powerful new widgets. Content creators will also benefit from AI-powered content suggestions to help streamline the writing process. Some advanced features, including Brand Locking, Editable Languages, Marketplace Apps, and several specific widgets, are currently being finalised and are scheduled to become available by June 2025.
To help you get started immediately, the platform offers a selection of best-practice templates. These templates allow you to test and explore the capabilities of the new editor by creating fresh pages from scratch. Throughout this transition, you can expect a smooth experience with no platform downtime or disruptions, ensuring your intranet continues to run without any interruptions to your daily operations.
What will happen to existing pages and the original editor when Pages 2.0 is launched?Your existing intranet content remains completely safe and accessible, as there is absolutely no risk of data loss during this transition. When Pages 2.0 is enabled for your organisation, the original editor will not disappear immediately. Instead, both the original and the new editors will coexist throughout 2025, allowing you and your content creators to transition to the new system at a comfortable pace.
You can still create and edit pages using the original editor if you prefer to do so. This dual-editor setup ensures there is no downtime or disruption to your daily operations, meaning your intranet will continue running smoothly. Content creators can take their time to familiarise themselves with the new interface while still managing critical day-to-day updates using the older system they are accustomed to.
When you are ready to move your old content forward, automated transition options will become available. Happeo is building seamless page conversion tools that will allow you to migrate your existing pages to Pages 2.0 with minimal effort. This migration phase is scheduled to begin in October 2025, giving you plenty of time to plan your transition and execute it at a time that best suits your organisational needs.
What support resources are available to help organisations transition to Pages 2.0?You will have access to a comprehensive suite of resources designed to support your organisation throughout the rollout of Pages 2.0. To help you master the new editor quickly, Happeo provides a dedicated Pages 2.0 Guide alongside step-by-step Help Centre articles. In-app guides will also be active within the platform, offering immediate, contextual assistance to your content creators as they build new layouts.
In addition to written documentation, interactive and community-based support is readily available to all users. You can access weekly tips and participate in drop-in sessions hosted within the Pages 2.0 Community channel. This collaborative space allows your team to ask questions, share experiences, and learn best practices directly from experts and peers who are also navigating the transition process.
For personalised assistance, your dedicated Customer Success team is fully prepared to help you plan your rollout and address any specific organisational requirements. If you encounter any technical difficulties during the transition, the Help Centre remains available for troubleshooting and technical guides. Furthermore, best-practice templates are included in the new editor to help you start creating high-quality pages immediately without starting from scratch.
