This is the summary of Mike Klein's Internal Comms research. The main conclusions from each report were brought together and have been laid out and re-analyzed in this final whitepaper.
The insights from the six reports in the Happeo Research Series on the Present and Future of Internal Communication indicate that practitioners have a pathway to identify and overcome key challenges. But, following this path will require a combination of confidence and initiative to overcome organizational inertia and persistent positioning of the Internal Comms function as being tactical rather than value-additive.
