C-suite leaders have a message for today’s internal communicators: they recognize our value, they have serious needs that require our attention, and they are expecting us to raise our game – as practitioners and as leaders. This message contradicts the belief held by many internal communicators that it is C-Suite resistance that forms the biggest barrier to IC’s movement up the value scale.
