The end of the beginning for Internal Comms

This is the second in a six-part series of research performed by one of Internal Communications’ most recognizable veterans: Mike Klein.

Internal Communications is going to go away – at least the version we’ve known for the past two decades. Simply put, more and more initiatives, processes, practices and technologies will need bona fide Internal Communication support and integration into larger streams of business activity. This demand will likely overwhelm the capacity of today’s IC functions and practitioners to support them.

But there is hope.
